Could the criminal defendant reasonably
not be aware of his pedestrian contact?
Results:
Northstar Biokinetics reviewed medical,
engineering, and biomechanical issues.
We demonstrated that the pedestrian’s
injuries were consistent with the
vehicle damage. Furthermore, because
of the pedestrian’s position,
the driver could not have reasonably
been unaware of the incident.
